Hilary got into Real Estate at 19 years old without even expecting it. Her husband (fiance at the time) was an avid listener of Dave Ramsey and through following his methods, they were able to save enough money for a down payment within 1 year. (If you are curious about the method, look up envelope system by Dave Ramsey They bought their first home when it was over 7% interest. Several years later, they refinanced to a 4.5% loan and saved so much they turned the loan into a 15 year mortgage. Dave Ramsey also always spoke of 15 year mortgages. They also paid the home every 2 weeks - this way they got in one extra payment every year. Small shifts made such a difference. When they were 24 years old, they started flipping condos in South Scottsdale together.
What was once a their side hussle / hobby of theirs, has now become Hilary's career. She LOVEs people. People are he PASSION. Over 90% of America's millionaires have made their money in Real Estate. Hilary wants to help you enjoy the asset that a home brings you and your family.

When was LOCALS born?........
Hilary got her license in November of 2012 in Arizona and summer of 2014 she was dual licensed in both states; Alaska and Arizona. In 2019 she was asked to start a team and see how large she could get the production of the team, while driving traffic to his mortgage company. Hilary was able to get the team to become the 4th largest team in the state their first year. In 2021 she was asked to not only lead the team, but run his real estate company (roughly 118 Salespeople). Hilary grew his company by 20% agent count in one year but she felt something was missing...........
In 2022, she finally realized she could change more people's lives by leaving than she could by staying. She left to start a branch of Real Brokers llc, where she could run her own team wit beautiful and intelligent woman. She is living her dream.
